Thursday, March 27, 2014 - Controversial gay gospel artist, Joji Baro, has opened a gay church in Nairobi named, Cosmopolitan Affirming Church, which started running its services last week.

Joji, who is Kenya’s first gay gospel artist to come out of the closet, has been promoting the church through his official facebook page. The response from his social media followers consisting of young people has been shocking.

Earlier today, the 23 year old gay gospel artist updated the following on his facebook page

“Cosmopolitan Affirming Church invites you all to worship with us this Sunday. For location/direction contact me personally via my inbox. For comments/suggestion below this post. Affirm your sexuality/spirituality.” This is a church for gays only.
.
Surprisingly, many Kenyan youths responded back by enquiring how they can get in touch with him and start worshipping at the demonic church.

Sources indicate that he is funded by an American based NGO to recruit young people into gayism. He currently runs an NGO dubbed, Positive Attitude Intitiative Kenya, where he has been fighting for the rights of gays. He has also been recruiting young people into gayism under the same NGO.

One of his close friends who spoke to our team on condition of anonymity claimed that his parents have since disowned him.

“His parents don’t want anything to do with him. He is a curse.” He revealed.

The controversial gay gospel artist hails from Bungoma and currently lives in Embakasi.
